Condo Appraisal
Your certified appraiser will reach out to you within 24 hours to schedule your on-site appointment.
At the inspection, the appraiser will need access to every room in your home, and any garages, or storage units. The appraiser will take photos of every room, and measure all structures from the outside.

To cancel, or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. If we confirm an appointment, and are unable to gain access, we will need to add a $150 service trip fee to your order.
If you would like to cancel and receive a full refund, please contact us at least 12 hours before your inspection appointment. If you request cancellation after the inspection has been completed, there is only a 50% refund possible due to our service costs.
